Our basic website analysis service is free and does not require a subscription. There is no need to cancel anything for free analysis reports.
Subscription Services
For any paid subscription services we may offer in the future, the following cancellation terms will apply:
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:
Method 1: Account Dashboard
- Log into your GEO Rocket account
- Navigate to "Account Settings" or "Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation
Method 2: Email Request
- Send an email to hello@georocket.ai
- Include "Cancellation Request" in the subject line
- Provide your account email and reason for cancellation (optional)
- We will process your request within 1 business day
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellations are processed as follows:
Monthly Subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to all features until the end of the paid period
- No further charges will be made after the current period ends
- You will receive a confirmation email with your final access date
Annual Subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual term
- You retain full access for the remainder of the paid year
- Your subscription will not automatically renew
- Partial refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase (see Refund Policy)
No Cancellation Fees
GEO Rocket does not charge any cancellation or termination fees. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
What Happens After Cancellation
When your subscription ends:
- You will lose access to premium features and tools
- Historical analysis data will be retained for 90 days
- You can still access the free basic analysis service
- Your account data can be exported before cancellation takes effect
- You may reactivate your subscription at any time
Data Retention
After cancellation:
- First 90 days: All your data is retained and can be restored if you resubscribe
- After 90 days: Premium analysis data may be deleted to free up storage
- Account information: Basic account information is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion
- Data deletion request: You may request immediate deletion of all data by contacting support
Pausing Your Subscription
Instead of canceling, you may pause your subscription:
- Pause for up to 3 months without losing your data
- No charges during the pause period
- Resume anytime with all your previous data intact
- Contact support to arrange a subscription pause
Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time:
- Log into your account and click "Reactivate Subscription"
- Select your preferred plan
- Your previous data will be restored (if within 90 days)
- Billing resumes immediately upon reactivation
One-Time Purchases
For one-time analysis or report purchases:
- These are non-recurring and do not require cancellation
- Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy
- Reports and data remain accessible indefinitely
Involuntary Cancellation
GEO Rocket reserves the right to cancel accounts under the following circumstances:
- Violation of Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent payment activity
- Abuse of services or resources
- Repeated chargebacks
In such cases, you will be notified via email and given an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination.
Downgrading Instead of Canceling
Consider downgrading to a lower tier instead of canceling:
- Switch to a more affordable plan
- Maintain access to essential features
- Keep your data and analysis history
- Upgrade again anytime if your needs change
