Free Analysis

Our basic website analysis service is provided free of charge and does not require payment. As such, refund requests do not apply to free analysis reports.

Premium Services Refund Policy

For any paid premium services we may offer in the future, the following refund policy will apply:

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our premium service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided:

  • The service has not been fully delivered or consumed
  • You provide a clear reason for dissatisfaction
  • You have made a good-faith effort to work with our support team to resolve any issues

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and reports that have been generated
  • Custom analysis or consulting services that have been completed
  • Subscription fees for months where the service was actively used
  • Third-party services or tools purchased through our platform
